Create a FREE email account, there is no tracking if there’s no payment info. Do not use an email on signup for recovery, nothing to trace back to your accounts.
Proton is end to end encrypted and has policies that prevent even Proton from seeing your data. Only you see what you have inside your account. The only thing that can be seen or subpoenaed is payment or signup information.
Set up the Proton email and VPN apps on your new burner phone or computer.
